E-Poster Viewing and E-Poster Discussion Sessions

E-Poster Viewing

The E-Posters will appear on plasma stations in the Exhibition Area for participants to view at their leisure

Any E-Poster can be viewed on any screen at any time.  The system allows you to move around and zoom in on any section (just like a large iPad). E-Posters authors are not required to stand by their E-Posters, during the breaks, however, they are requested to be in the E-Poster Area, to answer any questions. The E-Posters are equipped with a "Contact Author Button" which allows participants to e-mail questions to the author directly.

E-Posters are available for viewing at the following times:

Wednesday, May 9        18:00 – End of Welcome Reception
Thursday, May 10          09:30 – 17:15
Friday, May 11               09:30 – 17:00
Saturday, May 12           09:30 – 12:00

E-Poster DISCUSSION SESSIONS

All participants are invited to the E-Poster Stations in the Foyers on level 1 and 2 to hear short E-Poster Discussion presentations, and to ask the presenters questions. Each E-Poster Discussion session will be guided by one moderator.

Presenters should be at the E-Poster stations 10 minutes before the start of their E-Poster Discussion presentation session and remain there until the session has finished. Each presenter has been allocated 3 minutes to present his/her E-Poster, plus 2 minutes for discussion.
